How Our Minimums Work
Our minimums are set per style. A style is one design in one fabric. Within that quantity you can split sizes freely, from XS to 3XL, and divide 100 pieces across up to two colours with at least 50 pieces per colour.
For a first test run we can produce from 50 pieces per style. Because cutting, line setup and fabric handling cost the same whatever the quantity, a small-batch surcharge applies per piece below 100. It is shown clearly in your quotation, so you can compare it with the standard price before you decide.
Low minimums work with fabrics and colours we keep in stock. Custom-dyed or custom-woven fabric depends on the mill's minimum dye lot, so those programs start from 300 pieces per colour. Custom prints, embroidery and your own labels can be added at any tier, and a small setup fee may apply to very short print runs.
As your orders grow, pricing improves at 300 and again at 1,000+ pieces per style, and regular programs get priority production planning. Your first small order and your later bulk runs come from the same factory, with consistent fit, fabric and finishing.

What is your minimum order quantity?
Our standard minimum is 100 pieces per style for shirts, t-shirts and hoodies. Sizes can be split freely and the 100 pieces can be divided across up to two colours, with at least 50 per colour.
Can I order fewer than 100 pieces?
Yes. For a first test run we can produce from 50 pieces per style using stock fabrics and standard colours. A small-batch surcharge applies per piece below 100, and we show it clearly in your quotation. Even fewer than 50 pieces can be quoted as a sample-style mini run, at a noticeably higher per-piece price.
Why do smaller runs cost more per piece?
Cutting, line setup and fabric handling take the same time whether we make 50 or 500 pieces. In a small run those fixed costs are shared by fewer garments, so the per-piece price is higher. From 100 pieces you get our standard price, and it improves further at 300 and 1,000+ pieces.
Can I use a custom fabric or colour at low quantities?

Do printing, embroidery and labels change the minimum?
No. Your labels, hang tags, prints and embroidery can be added at every tier. For very short print runs a small setup fee may apply for screens or embroidery files.
Do you make samples before production?
Yes. We recommend a sample for every new style. The sample fee is credited against your production order, so it does not add to your total cost when you go ahead.
